Apex offers a range of classes for every need, no matter if you’re an experienced lifter preparing for a competition or a complete newbie looking to mix up your training!

CLASSES & SCHEDULE
functional fitness
Strength training that readies your body for daily activities. These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, most functional fitness contains multi joint movement patters that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists & shoulders, which all build strength and improve range of motion.
Olympic Lifting
These sessions work on your barbell skills, specifically olympic lifting. You will develop your cleans, clean & jerks and snatches through expert coaching to improve your movement efficiency and barbell cycling.
SKILLS
These sessions will develop your gymnastics skills and ability to perform pull-ups, muscle-ups, hand-stand press-ups amongst other technical skills. Scaled options are always provided and programming is progressive, with the ultimate goal to help you master these movements.
RUN CLUB
All are welcome to the Apex Run Club!
All abilities and all speeds. We run track sessions on Friday nights to work on your anaerobic capacity and easy runs on Sunday before our Hyrox class.
hyrox
These sessions will be programmed to build strength stamina and fitness. At competition level hyrox combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
sweaty saturday
These sessions include team and couple workouts to bring out the best in eachother. All in the spirit of fun… typically followed by coffee and treats!
