CLASSES & SCHEDULE
functional fitness
Strength training that readies your body for daily activities, These exercises equip you for the most important type of physical fitness, most functional fitness contains multi joint movement patters that involve your knees, hips, spine, elbows, wrists & shoulders, which all build strength and improve range of motion.
engine
These sessions will contain low to minimal skill and focus on building your aerobic capacity perfect for those of you looking to get fitter for Crossfit, Hyrox and general all round fitness.
hyrox
These sessions will be programmed to build strength stamina and fitness. At competition level hyrox combines both running & functional workout stations, where participants run 1km, followed by 1 functional workout station, repeated eight times.
